 Indeed, I was not very descriptive.

 What I'm trying to do is to set up a MailNotifier that will send an email
 to the commiter once the build is done. It works fine if I add
 "extraRecipients" by hand, but  when buildbot tries to find the email
 address to the committer I have the log:

 {{{
 Unable to find any of ['email'] for uid: u'username'
 }}}

 I guess it's a github hook issue, I used to work with gerrit and
 everything was fine.

 any workaround, hotfix would be very helpfull as I think it's fixed in
 0.9, but so much has changed, I'm not sure.
