 I also managed to repro this on latest Nine. By using the 'sendchange
 pattern' to kick off other jobs (as in the cfg attached) the properties
 get mixed up and the changes are messed up like you say.

 I then reworked the cfg to use trigger steps to kick off 'broken'
 scheduler and at least the properties 'foo' and 'bar' get passed properly,
 still changes beheave weirdly.


 @TardyP:any chances this can be re-opened? IMO this could be something to
 re-consider.

 Use case:
 - send a change to kick off a build also consisting of sub jobs like
 above.
 - if it fails I'd like to be able to reckick it using the same CL, branch,
 repo. That would either fail or report wrong changes.
