 There's a warning in the UI when the hostname that the website is being
 accessed on is not the BuildbotURL.  For example, if I set BuildbotURL to
 http://google.com & then access it via localhost, the UI will show a
 warning.  I can imagine several scenarios through which the buildbot
 instance may be accessed; the most obvious one is accessing it via
 localhost even though I might have it set to be my machine's DNS entry.
