 Sometimes logfiles are written to an NFS share.  Having the slave poll &
 transfer the data to the master can be less efficient than having the
 master just poll the data itself.  There should be an option to specify
 {"remote": False} for !ShellCommand logfiles dictionary (default to True)
 for those scenarios.
