 I forgot to update this ticket.

 I did check the localhost stuff (127.0.0.x, where x > 1) and it works as
 localhost provided it's listed as a first address for the jail: the
 service binds to the localhost (127.0.0.1) and really is localhost-only.
 Somehow if a service binds to the localhost it binds to the first address
 specified for the jail.
