 We should have a http://metrics.buildbot.net similar to
 http://metrics.ceph.com.

 It is used to track the activity in a project and provides a good
 'heartbeat'.

 It has a lot of features that would be useful for us and act as a type of
 leaderboard with more details.

 We can also add metabuildbot to this in order to collect metrics for
 builds.

 If anyone has questions about it feel free to ask in the ticket.
