  * publish meeting results at https://meetings.buildbot.net
    * include 2015-06-16 meeting
  * don't restart supybot every time ansible runs
  * configure supybot to not try to modify its config from irc
  * configure an "admin" user in supybot with a password in the ansible
 vault
