 On ftp.buildbot.net is a spot for mirroring packages from PyPI for use by
 metabbot. Adding new packages is a manual process right now. This ticket
 is for either finding already existing software or writing something new
 to do the fetching of new packages.

 The goal is for only needing to make a pull request to e.g. buildbot-infra
 to enable downloading additional packages or version.
