 #3122 is about sending a specific class of email to a specific
 destination.

 #3131 is about getting mail working at all in jails.

 To answer the questions:

  * the destination address of the email ;)
  * unqualified usernames should be expanded to @buildbot.net
  * I don't have preferences for MTA.  I know Postfix well, but it's
 massive overkill for jails.
