 lagg0 was never supposed to be in the bridge.  When we were working on it
 the plan was to have it an internal-only VM.  I do not know how lagg0 got
 added to the bridge.  Also, adding vlan0 and lagg0 to the same bridge is a
 very bad idea this must be why we're seeing traffic across vlans.
