 Here's a cute little summary of what we know:

 Basically, every host except vm1 is "flapping between" its own assigned
 port-group and port-group 33.  vm1 itself is assigned to port-group 33,
 but LACP on both vm1 and the switch indicate that only one port of that
 pair is working.

 Amar's going to pore over the config tomorrow looking for issues, and file
 a bug with OSUOSL to get them to check the wiring.
