New description:

 Convert

  * master - #3187
  * builder (name is already an identifier)
  * changesource - #3188, and
  * scheduler - #3189

 names to identifiers, removing use of hashes.

 Use slug/name pairs like in logs to allow display names to contain non-
 identifier characters.

 This should apply to anything that has a name - I may have missed
 something in the list above!
