Old description:

New description:

 The following will need to be rewritten:

  * IRC (words.py) - #2714
  * !MailNotifier - #3184
  * `status_gerrit` - #3185
  * `status_push` (maybe) - #3186 (not a blocker for 0.9.0b1)

 Once that's done, the entire `buildbot.status` hierarchy should be
 removed, with the exception of `buildbot.status.results`, which contains
 some widely-used constants.
