 I am not sure what your goal is: !GitHub hooks would allow traffic from
 !GitHub to Buildbot, [http://docs.buildbot.net/current/manual/cfg-
 statustargets.html#mailnotifier MailNotifier] on the other hand means
 traffic from Buildbot to outside world.

 Could you please describe your expectations in a bit more details?
