 I was not able to identify the error immediately after the bug manifested
 itself.  Therefore I don't have log data.  I will repost more information
 next time I identify the bug and am able to trace useful log data.

 As for the second error, is there another workaround other than forcing a
 code change to repository A?  Doing this would cause the builders to
 update the stale repository version.  However, this isn't a practical
 solution since I have many buildbot systems that monitor Repository A and
 forcing a dummy checkin every time this bug manifests itself would trigger
 tests in all the corresponding projects. In terms of compute resources,
 this is a costly way to patch this issue.
