Old description:

New description:

 When I get busy for 5-10 days at a time, Buildbot pull reqs pile up.  This
 sucks for contributors, and when I *do* have time to work on Buildbot, it

 Options I can think of:

 1. require contributors to get reviews done by someone else, against

 BTW, option 3 sounds a bit too complicated.
