 When in copy mode, the source is first checked-out under 'source', and
 then copied to the right directory.

 When multiple codebases are used this way, they fight for the 'source'
 directory. It is already fixed in SVN by using the source/<codebase>'
 directory. It would be good to unify this for all of the steps.
