 We've talked about the idea of db-driven config on and off for a while,
 and I've always said that it would be best accomplished by some kind of
 frontend to Buildbot -- a master.cfg that knows how to read config from
 the DB, and a web UI of some sort that knows how to write config to the DB
 and how to trigger a reconfig.  Well, with the advent of web plugins, I
 think we're a lot closer to this goal!
