 The things have changed since the hook was implemented, and !GitHub offers
 two options to deliver the payload:

 * JSON
 * x-www-form-urlencoded

 The documentation must point out that the latter is required.

 (This is 0.8.x specific bug: wiki:Nine needs this functionality to be
 implemented first.)
