 Ya I see what you mean about _dumbwin32proc.py. I'll have to take a look
 into that some other time though. I'd switch over to Linux if it wasn't so
 time consuming. I think I'll just do a periodic scheduler for a temporary
 workaround. Thanks for helping me look into the problem.
