 There is a todo on top of the release note (Written when the merge between
 nine and master was performed).

 Master is slowly getting usable, such a todo is not acceptable anymore.
 It's time to fulfill it.

 @tardyp, @dustin, I guess you're the one who knows best what should be
 written there.
