 I've done split horizon DNS before ("views" in BIND's terminology).  In
 fact, I run them at home.  You'll lose your mind if the same host resolves
 differently in two different places.  So if you have disjoint sets of
 names and IPs in your internal and external views, then the only reason to
 keep them separate is to obscure infrastructure details.  Since we're
 doing everything else in a public repo, there doesn't seem to be much
 point to that.

 All of which is to say, let's do a single view, containing both public and
 private names.
