 This just got a lot easier with https://letsencrypt.org/ :)

 IMHO we shouldn't have *any* web presences on the new infra that don't use
 SSL (Trac being grandfathered in until it's under Ansible).  This is
 particularly easy for us since each site has its own IP -- no need to
 depend on SNI.
