Comment:

 Sigh, this happens once in a while.  Can't do much about it since trac can
 be flaky when it comes to the Github plugin.  They will be cleaned up
 eventually.  I increased the process count (10) and lowered the 'max
 requests' to 500 from 1000.  This will clean these hung processes up
 quicker.  I'm surprised it survived since Friday though!
