Comment:

 Alright so that wasn't the problem it appears the bug has been fixed.

 The issue was the modified github-trac plugin we use.  The update to trac
 changed the API for a CachedRepository.  I had to go back and fix it.  I
 really dislike running modified code but this is the first time it's
 broken.

 Trac needs to be setup to email admin@ if there are any python exceptions
 this would have been caught far sooner otherwise.
