Comment:

 This was caused by DNS resolving being broken.  Part of the spam checking
 is to look and see if the IP is a known spammer.

 When I created a new jail for Dustin the other night the IP got added with
 the wrong netmask and made the server think OSLs DNS servers were on the
 local network.

 I fixed the netmasks and everything is happy again.  I verified this by
 creating a test account.
