 No, it's not the same page, in your case, it's a force page specific for
 the 'runtest' builder, in mine it's a page where any builder can be forced
 (hence the need for checking the 'runtest' checkbox), or all builders at
 once.  Which in our case (only one builder), should come up to pretty much
 the same ...

 The page you show me just work fine, the one I found doesn't.
