 I noticed that time in e-mails from Trac and time of events in Timeline
 (http://trac.buildbot.net/timeline) are shifted around -7 hours.

 Email about spam user removal has header

     Date: Mon, 19 May 2014 23:25:39 -0000

 but actually I removed him around 10:25 GMT+4 — 06:25 UTC.

 Same with wiki edit: I edit it around 10:24 GMT+4, but it's displayed in
 Trac as 03:24 GMT+4 (time in Trac displayed in GMT+4 according to my Trac
 settings).
