 We could do "master-config.py" or "master.cfg.py" or other variants. I
 dont have a strong opinion. I just find ".cfg" to be odd (and vim and
 Sublime did too. The failure of my editors to syntax-highlight my
 master.cfg was probably the source of most of my annoyance here).
