Comment:

 There's a number of things to take into account:

 * security.jail.sysvipc_allowed for the jail where PostgreSQL to be run
 (maybe `qjail` would be better to manage jails as it allows to configure
 that on per-jail basis (as plain jail mechanism))
 * some things related to shared memory sizes (depends on so many factors)
 * statistics collector unconditionally works on localhost (in my test
 installation I created `lo0|127.0.0.239` and it was good)
 * what roles we'll need to easily use it (at least, database creation,
 user creation and role management needs to be taken care of)
