 Yes, it looks like fixing that will fix this error as well.  I think the
 solution they proposed is overly complex though, as I don't see any good
 reason to ever pass anything other than None for the first argument to
 CreateProcess.  But whatever, ultimately the only thing that matters is
 that it works.
