#3098: Make the blamelist directly available in the build page.

 We should make the blamelist available directly (as list) in the build
 page. And maybe have links to the individual changes (instead of all the
 changes displayed). On a second thought, that full list can stay there,
 but should be put further down the page.

 This would looks more like eight, and not clutter the interface too much.
