 Inform the user of finished builds via guanlecoja-ui notification system

 - finished force build whatever the result
 - failed builds from anybranchscheduler

 This needs to be configurable in the UI. (depends of a user preference
 system)

 Eventually guanlecoja-ui needs to be updated to make those notification
 desktop notification using html5 notification api:
