 Summary:

 * txgithub does not allow to specify a different base URL for the API (Fix
 for the txgithub: https://github.com/tomprince/txgithub/pull/9  (release
 0.2.0))
 * GitHubStatus does not support for specifying 'context' (see
 https://developer.github.com/v3/repos/statuses/)

 (Because of the latter -- defect, otherwise this would be an enhancement)
