Buildbot 1.8.1 and 2.0.0

Hey everyone,

In order to fix  https://github.com/buildbot/buildbot/issues/4593 I quickly
released a 2.0.1 version with wheels only available for python3
v2.0.0 has been removed from pypi.

I do realize that this will break any requirements.txt with fixed version,
but there is no more way in pypi to just hide a version that is broken for
upgrade
