We used to have that problem. But it didn't seem to affect every
builder, just almost every builder. And as we were using build
collapsing modified to ignore version, mostly they got collapsed.<br>
<br>
Finally we decided that scheduler failover wasn't worth the
duplicates, and rewote our configuration to have only the
schedulers for a particular master's builders on that master.<br>
<br>
In our case, the schedulers were creating 3 buildrequests, because
3 of our 4 masters had the scheduler. The 4th master was the ui
master, which had only the force schedulers.<br>
