Ah!  The force scheduler should definitely be inserting sourcestamp
rows, as it's the id's from those rows that are included in a
sourcestampset and then connected to a buildset.

If the force scheduler is not setting the project attribute, then that
is probably a lack of configuration of the force scheduler.
