Thanks for your work on this.

The firstrun has:
cd sandbox
...
touch $VIRTUAL_ENV/master/twistd.log
...
tail -f $VIRTUAL_ENV/twistd.log

Why the "touch"? I don't think I need to precreate that file.

And the tail -f is for a different path (non-existent file / missing 
"master")?
