[Buildbot-devel] more logging for the IRC bot

hi again,

we can't get the IRC bot to join a channel on irc.quakenet.org, it works
fine for irc.freenode.org. We have other bots (egggdrop) in the channel on
quekenet without problems. Unforytunately twisted log only says starting
and stopping irc factory without any details about the failure. This is not
so critical as me can relocate the channel, but it would be nice to figure
out the cause anyway.
