It's even weirder. At the *end* of the file the <style> block gets
terminated and is followed with the normal "next/previous" stuff. I
don't have the "<h1 class="settitle">BuildBot Manual 1.0</h1>" line
anywhere in the file.
: normal; }
--></style>
</head>
<body>
<div class="node">
<p>
<a name="Index"></a>Previous: <a rel="previous" accesskey="p"
href="Resources.html#Resources">Resources</a>,
Up: <a rel="up" accesskey="u" href="index.html#Top">Top</a>
<hr><br>
</div>
<h2 class="unnumbered">Index</h2>
</body></html>
???
I've only tried it on OS X Tiger and it does appear that my version
4.7 is not equivalent to yours. :-)
