(BotMaster.getPerspective): detect duplicate slaves, let the second know
where the first one is coming from
(BuildMaster.__init__): turn on .unsafeTracebacks so the slave can see our
exceptions. It would be nice if there were a way to just send them the
exception type and value, not the full traceback.
